About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Duty Manager to oversee and manage the operational activities of Cabravale Club Resort. As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the club, maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and security.

You will:

Lead a diverse team across multiple departments.

Ensure a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Club's daily operations, leading Gaming Floor Service Managers, Operations Supervisors, and staff.

Take direct responsibility for management of the Club during and out of hours operations.

Monitor and implement Club policies and procedures, ensuring service standards and staff presentation.

Provide proactive leadership, demonstrating commitment to quality service.

Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.

Oversee promotional activities and the Club's audio-visual systems.

Conduct regular walk-throughs, ensuring compliance with the Club’s Code of Conduct.

Complete accurate reporting, including Risk Manager and ERM daily shift reports.

Liaise with law enforcement, inspectors, staff, and guests to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain adherence to security procedures and ensure sufficient security coverage.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a management role within a club, hospitality, or similar environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Thorough knowledge of club operations, compliance requirements, and industry best practice.

Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.

Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software.

Current RSA, RCG, and First Aid certifications (mandatory).

Your Commitment

As a full-time Club Duty Manager, you will be a key leader in our team, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations across Cabravale Club Resort's extended operating hours.

Our Club operates 6:00 AM – 3:00 AM on weekdays and until 6:00 AM on weekends.

Flexibility is essential – mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late nights are part of the rotating roster.
