We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our small team in a part-time technical support and hardware installation role.

What you’ll be doing

Providing technical support for Linux-based systems, networking, and hardware.

Installing and configuring servers, and other hardware at client sites. (Vehicle provided)

Troubleshooting technical issues (both remotely and on-site).

Assisting with system upgrades, testing, and new feature deployments.

Working closely with a small, dynamic team and interacting with clients.

About you

Studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields.

Great with people – able to communicate clearly and confidently.

Strong interest in technology – Linux, networking, and hardware (professional or personal experience).

Enjoys problem-solving and learning new systems.

Comfortable with hands-on hardware work and troubleshooting.

Open to travel around Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
