Your Next Role | Department Purchasing Manager - Household, Health & Hygiene

This is more than a purchasing role — it’s your opportunity to shape the way LaManna delivers everyday essentials to our customers. From cleaning products and household staples to health and hygiene must-haves, you’ll ensure our shelves are stocked with quality, value, and innovation.

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimise costs, quality, and supplier relationships across all categories.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and inventory teams to forecast demand, plan stock levels, and reduce supply chain risks.
• Analyse market trends, supplier performance, and industry dynamics to uncover opportunities for savings, process improvements, and innovation.
• Oversee procurement processes and systems, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of procurement professionals to drive performance and foster continuous improvement.
