Dink & Drive Pickleball Club is a purpose-built pickleball venue serving up design-led experience with 8 premium indoor courts built for players of all levels. We’re more than just a place to play – we’re a club crafted for the modern pickleball player. Position overview:
The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations including staff management, scheduling, customer service, facility maintenance, event coordination and member relations. You will ensure the smooth running of the Club while creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations and Facility Management
Oversee daily opening, closing and operation of the facility
Ensure all courts and facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained
Manage inventory of suppliers, equipment and merchandise
Staff Management
Hire, train and supervise front desk, maintenance, coaching and event staff
Create staff schedules and foster a strong team culture
Customer Service and Membership
Serve as primary point of contact for members and guests
Manage member registrations, renewals and inquiries
Resolve customers issues promptly and professionally
Scheduling and Events
Oversee court reservations, league play, social play, clinics and tournaments
Coordinate with coaches for classes and lessons
Business Management
Work with ownership on budgeting, KPIs and strategic planning
Ensure compliance with all safety, health and legal requirements
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills.
Customer-focused with a mature and respectful approach.
Comfortable with Scheduling software, Point-of-sale systems and basic business tools (excel, word, google workspace).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends as needed.
Bonus Points:
Experience managing a sports or fitness facility.
Familiarity with pickleball rules, leagues or coaching.
Background in event planning or community engagement.
First Aid and CPR certification.
