Business Development Manager – Building Products Specification Sales
Are you passionate about interior products and driven to build strong client relationships? We’re seeking a motivated Specification Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team specialising in furniture, lighting, flooring, bath ware, and more.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers, helping them select and specify premium interior products for commercial projects. Your expert knowledge and consultative approach will be key to driving sales and securing product specifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers
• Actively promote and support a diverse product range
• Provide expert product knowledge and specification support throughout project lifecycles
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay ahead of market trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in specification sales within interior products, furniture, lighting, flooring, or bathware industries
• Strong understanding of the commercial and residential project specification process
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
