Why this role

Salary certainty: $115k–$123k base + super (depending on experience & site complexity)

$5,000 project bonus: $2.5k at Practical Completion + $2.5k at 12-month defects (zero criticals & QA complete)

Monthly RDOs and a Mon–Fri standard roster (Saturdays only in planned peak stages)

Laptop/tablet provided, uniforms/PPE,

EWP & First Aid paid in the first 60 days

Non-EBA contractor with clean processes and quick decisions

What you’ll do

Own the day plan and 2-week look-ahead; effectively sequence labour and lock dates with other trades

Coordinate materials, long-lead items; keep workfronts clear and productive

Run pre-starts, close SWMS actions, and maintain housekeeping

Keep QA/ITPs current with same-day photo evidence; hand over zero critical defects

Mentor the team with a mix of A-grades and apprentices

How you’ll be supported

Project Manager: handles program updates, client comms, claims/VOs, and removes roadblocks.

Pre-Construction & Delivery team: issues start-up pack (latest drawings, VisiBuild ITPs, SWMS templates, checklists) and helps with look-ahead planning.

Purchasing Control: centralised POs, approved suppliers, 48–72h call-offs, delivery booking support, and stock tracking to zero-stockout targets.

You’ll bring

Proven delivery to PC: ran 2+ commercial projects to Practical Completion in the last 24 months (teams 4–10, packages $200k–$1m).

VIC A-Grade Electrical Licence & White Card, ACMA license

Foreman/Leading-Hand experience through Practical Completion

Clear communication and a tidy approach to receipts/ordering
