What We're Looking For:

Experience managing a team of up to 8 people on electrical projects up to $800K

Proven track record with office fit-outs, government projects, school refurbishments, and everything in between

Strong leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

A genuine interest in growing with the company

Key responsibilities

Site manager to have experience managing a team of up to 8 employees on commercial and construction projects with minimal supervision

Great knowledge of AS3000, compliance testing and certification

Exposed to multiple areas of electrical work such as security, access control, dry fire, in grounds, fiber optics.

Have a really good understanding/experience with intelligent lighting control e.g. Dynalite/KNX/C-bus Dali systems.

Have a really good understanding/experience with Communications systems such as Panduit, Seimon and Commscope.

Working with management to ensure projects run to schedule

Ensue OHS requirements are met and have a good understanding of health/safety on construction sites

5 years min post apprenticeship work

A bit about you:

Electrical Trade Certificate and current electrical license for VIC

Experience working off plans, be able to interpret drawings/schematics

Current driver's license

Ability to pass a police and working with children's check

Current construction industry WHITE card

Commitment to working in accordance with WHS obligations

Being a team player is a must

Excellent communication and attention to detail

$55-$60 per hour, full time employment, negotiable salary on experience.
