Rendo P/L is an established and growing cladding business based in Melbourne, delivering high-quality façade solutions across residential and commercial projects specialising in fibre cement, AAC, metal and timber products and with a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and craftsmanship.

We service builders constructing multi-story apartment blocks, high end homes, commercial offices, schools, childcare centres and CSV recladding projects.

We are seeking an experienced motivated Site Project Manager to join our team and oversee and drive the end-to-end successful delivery of our projects.

The Role
As Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of cladding installations on projects. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, staff and suppliers, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, and maintaining exceptional client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage site operations across the facade construction phase

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to meet project timelines

Place material orders, oversee deliveries and approve invoices

Monitor compliance with OHS and quality standards

Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and identify issues for resolution

Liaise with client project managers and stakeholders to resolve issues

Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily issues logs, ITPs and progress tracking

Champion a respectful, inclusive, and safety-first site culture

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications.

Prepare and submit reports to senior management as required

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager within construction, preferably in cladding façades.

Strong knowledge of fibre cement sheet products and installation methods (advantageous but not essential).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes.

Sound understanding of construction safety and compliance requirements.

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in construction management (desirable).

Current White Card and driver’s licence.

Comfortable using computers
