Restaurant Marketing Manager for a portfolio of restaurants within SERV. Agency.

The Company

SERV. Agency is the leading marketing agency for hospitality in Australia. With 200+ active clients and growing fast, we require new team members to help us deliver exceptional campaigns to an industry where successful means everything.

Primarily based in Sydney, we are a small (but mighty) team of around 20. We have ambitious plans, with an exciting road map ahead, and we're looking to recruit hospitality marketers to help us grow and create brilliant outcomes for our clients.

The Role

Work with some of Australia's best venues delivering exceptional digital campaigns that drive revenue, brand loyalty and awareness. Use your detailed marketing knowledge to grow a brand on social, drive retention through email, earn visibility with SEO and create content for websites.

You'll be accountable for the successful delivery and reporting for each client, ably supported by design and technical teams. You'll receive an abundance of training and gain essential feedback without being micromanaged.

Your Credentials

Our ideal candidate is someone who is already executing multi-channel campaigns with skill and nuance. If you feel like you're the best person on your current team, and you're looking to grow in a new role, this could be for you.

You'll need to demonstrate expertise in; social media, Meta paid ads, SEO, website content (using Squarespace) and email marketing.

Ideally, you will have a minimum 1 year experience as a restaurant marketer or role within a marketing agency. This is a client facing role, and therefore account management experience is preferable.

Office Location

Applicants will be required to work full time from our (lovely) office in Sydney (we have an express lift direct into the food court in Westfield!) with some flexibility.

The Pay

As a Senior Restaurant Marketing Manager your base salary will be $100k - $110k + incentives + super.
