The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio which is a mix of residential, industrial and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;.

Communicating with Owners and Strata Committees where required as well as distribution of keys to tenants, contractors and owners.

Obtain quotes from various contractors where required and have the ability to retain and relay technical information to Owners Corporations during meetings.

Prepare, attend and run various meetings both in the office and onsite as required.

Arranging Maintenance and Repairs.

Prepare and lodge insurance claims, obtain insurance quotations

With strong experience in the real estate industry, you should have an understanding of current strata law, with industry-specific qualifications being of benefit. Would suit an experienced commercial property manager looking for a change of scenery.

Above all, you will be a proactive, passionate and hard-working person who has confidence in your own ability and have an emphasis on providing a customer-focused strata service.

Great knowledge of compliance such as Fire, WHS, etc

Work without supervision

Deal with a diverse range of people and cultures

Show initiative and problem solving ability

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with MS Software products
