Civil / Landscape / Sports Turf - Construction Staff

Global Turf QLD is Sunshine Coast based, with a number of Golf Course, Sports Field and Racecourse projects under construction, and we are continuing to expand our operations nationally.

Due to our continued success, and business growth we are looking for an experienced Civil Team Leader to Operate and Supervise others in all aspects of construction process and ensure our machinery fleet is functioning to its full capacity. If you have operating experience on Posi Track's, Excavators, Tractors under GPS guidance we have a role for you.

This role will work closely with the Management Team across multiple projects and will have the following responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders.

Supervise and manage teams of construction staff.

Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.

Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, clean, lubricate and refill as necessary

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the equipment and other heavy equipment

Skills and Experience

It is essential that you possess the following skills and experience:

Minimum 3 years in in Posi Track, Excavator and or Tractors

Attention to detail - final trim experience.

A current driver's licence / Construction induction card

Strong communication and organisation skills.

You must be flexible, adaptable and reliable with a strong work ethic

Drive a positive health and safety culture.
