Our directors are hands on in the business and we have one of the most experienced teams working on the Energex network. We are currently seeking a Leading Hand/ Foreman to lead one of our Civil crews working on Energex subdivision projects across South East Queensland.

Qualifications & experience

Construction White Card

Current Drivers license

Ability to read an interpret plans

Minimum of 2-3 years experience working in the industry (required)

Experience working on Energex/ NBN subdivision projects

Electrical license is not required for this role

Please note there are some other Labourers and operator positions available also

Tasks & responsibilities

Day to day organization of civil crew works

Working onsite with civil construction crew.

Installation of Electrical/NBN conduits and pits.

Installation of streetlights and footings.

Installation of cable/ transformers and pillars.

Concreting when required.

Benefits

As of the 1st Jan 2025 we will be working under the Energy Queensland collective agreement so pay rates for a leading hand/supervisor will be $54-$62 per hour
