🔑 About the Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll manage the warehouse team and coordinate smooth operations—covering inbound deliveries, inventory management, and dispatch. You’ll play a vital role in driving efficiency, safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse functions: receiving, picking, packing & dispatch
• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve KPIs
• Maintain safety, quality & compliance standards
• Oversee inventory control, stock takes & cycle counts
• Manage scheduling, workload planning & performance metrics
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

👤 About You

• 2+ years’ experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication & team management skills
• Sound knowledge of warehouse systems & inventory control
• Current Forklift Licence with machinery experience
• Safety-first mindset with solid WHS knowledge
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
