About Us:
AGP Plumbing & Gas is a growing plumbing and HVAC business based in Ballarat. We work across Ballarat, Geelong and surrounds, specialising in the installation of energy-efficient products, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and providing general plumbing and gas servicing. With a strong pipeline of work, we’re looking for an experienced plumber to step into a Leading Hand role and help guide our team on-site.

What We Offer:

$50–$55 per hour (depending on experience)

Company vehicle, phone and uniform provided

A variety of work – energy upgrades, air conditioning, heat pumps, general plumbing and gas servicing

Clear pathway into operations/management as the business continues to grow

Supportive team culture with a focus on quality

Your Role:

Run day-to-day site operations

Supervise and mentor apprentices

Install and service plumbing, gas and HVAC systems

Liaise with clients, suppliers and the office to keep jobs moving smoothly

Ensure compliance with VBA, OH&S and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

Registered or Licensed Plumber in Victoria

Experience across a variety of plumbing and HVAC work (air con, heat pumps, hot water, gas)

Leadership qualities and ability to manage small teams

Reliable, organised and committed to high-quality work
