We’re looking for a motivated Skilled Labourer / Leading Hand to join our team and play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality projects across commercial, civil, and residential sites. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position while working with a supportive, driven, and professional crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting site supervisors with day-to-day construction activities.

Hands-on labouring including bored pier drilling, steel erecting, sleeper installation, drainage, and site prep (excavation).

Leading small teams and ensuring everyone follows Saftey Policy, SWMS and QA (Quality Checks).

Operating power tools, hand tools, and (if licensed) plant & equipment varying from 1.7T - 35T.

Supporting project delivery by keeping worksites tidy, compliant, and on-program.

Maintaining Prowall’s high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction - we are customer centric.

What We’re Looking For

Previous construction experience – retaining walls, earthworks, or structural works is a must have, do not apply if you do not have experience in this.

Ability to read and follow plans, drawings, and site instructions.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a “lead by example” attitude.

White Card (essential).

Driver’s licence and reliable transport and basic tools (essential).

Advantageous: plant tickets (excavator, skid steer, forklift, etc.) or experience leading small teams.
