East Coast HR are currently recruiting a Hotel Front Office Staff for our Client located in Caloundra.
Your main duties will be but not limited to:
Greeting and Welcoming Guests - Providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Check-in and Check-out - Registering guests, assigning rooms, and handling payment processing.
Reservation Management - Managing reservations, including booking, modifications, and cancellations.
Answering Inquiries - Addressing guest requests, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handling Complaints -Resolving guest issues and escalating complex problems to supervisors.
Maintaining Front Desk Area - Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Communication - Answering phones, directing calls, and relaying messages.
Coordination - Collaborating with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.
Payment Processing - Handling credit cards and maintaining accurate financial records.
Hours of Work - It is anticipated to be up to 4 days, including weekends and public holidays if required, across two properties.
