We’re now looking for a strategic and innovative technology leader to take charge of our IT, systems, and AI capabilities. This is a newly created senior role reporting directly to the Executive Director, offering the opportunity to shape the way technology drives our business performance, client experience, and competitive advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership & Innovation

Develop and deliver an IT, AI, and systems strategy aligned with business growth.

Lead a major CRM change program from vendor selection to go-live and staff adoption.

Drive AI and automation projects to enhance productivity, decision-making, and client experience.

Identify and implement tech solutions that deliver measurable value and efficiency.

Negotiate platform and partnership agreements within budget and scope.

Stay ahead of emerging tech and AI trends that could benefit the business.

Systems & SaaS Management

Oversee all SaaS platforms including CRM, phone systems, and business-critical applications.

Ensure systems are fully integrated, documented, and delivering agreed outcomes.

IT Operations & Security

Manage the relationship with our external IT provider to ensure smooth service delivery and rapid issue resolution.

Maintain strong security protocols, data protection compliance, and disaster recovery plans.

Protect the business against cybersecurity threats with proactive monitoring and regular testing.

Who You Are

You’re a commercially minded technology leader who thrives on innovation and getting things done. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on capability and can see the big picture while executing the details.

You’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

5+ years’ experience in IT leadership or systems management.

Proven success managing major tech projects, ideally including major CRM implementations.

Experience delivering AI or automation solutions in a business environment.

Strong SaaS management and integration expertise.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.

Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Property or financial services industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
