Role Overview:
As Site Manager you’ll oversee live construction sites, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery in line with program, budget, and compliance standards.

Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, you’ll be the driving force on-site - leading daily coordination, safety, scheduling, and reporting.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on detail, stakeholder engagement, and delivering great outcomes in live environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain WHS standards and conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
• Manage program scheduling, daily targets, and short-term lookaheads.
• Monitor site quality, compliance, and contract specifications.
• Coordinate trades, deliveries, inspections, and defects close-out.
• Work closely with PMs on claims, variations, and progress reporting.
• Represent he company with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager commercial construction sector delivering commercial or residential (apartment or large medium density projects) projects.
• A solid understanding of D&C delivery, and live-site coordination.
• Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, or similar site management platforms.
• White Card and relevant construction tickets.
