The Miro & Atrio Apartments, located in the Heart of the Fortitude Valley, comprising of over 60 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments, with an outstanding location and unique attributes is currently seeking a professional, motivated Guest Service Agent to join an energetic Front Office Team.

Casual or Part Time Position Available

Reporting to directly the Resident Manager you will be responsible for:

The smooth functioning of reception on a day-to-day basis during your shift

Conducting guest arrivals and departures

Handling all guest enquiries and concerns

Maintaining accurate guest accounts

Reservations

Working with the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance issues have been rectified.

Working with the Housekeeping team to ensure guests requests are met whilst ensuring that all rooms available at an appropriate time.

Assisting the RM with accounts receivable & payable.

To be successful in the role you must poses:

Minimum of 12 months experience in similar position within a 4-star Hotel or Apartments

Exceptional grooming and presentation

Outstanding organizational & time management skills

Attention to detail.

Positive and passionate attitude towards to customer service

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Previous Resley experience is preferred but not essential.

The ability to work unsupervised.

The successful applicant will also be required to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, weekend shifts & public holidays.

Monday - Sunday 7am - 7pm
