Clean Health Group (CHG) are looking for a Head of Sales who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where strategy meets hands-on execution. In this role, you’ll lead our multi-brand sales function across B2C and B2B, with a core focus on driving enrolments and revenue growth across our accredited fitness, nutrition, and massage education programs.

As we scale toward our goal of certifying 1M+ professionals by 2027, we’re hiring an experienced Head of Sales who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and will drive performance impact across our multi-brand portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Train, develop, mentor, lead and scale a remote-first team of full-time sales agents across the Clean Health Group.
Build a high-performance culture focused on skill, accountability, urgency and results.
Provide hands-on coaching and development through daily call reviews, live coaching sessions and group workshops.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Own and execute CHG’s global sales strategy across the high-ticket accredited education suite of products.
Drive performance by refining scripts, objection handling and utilising your tried and tested CRM experience (ideally HubSpot) to create a best practice CRM environment.
Analyse pipeline performance, forecast accurately and ensure team incentive structures align with growth goals.
Collaboration & Growth
Partner with Marketing, Product and Experience teams to optimise the student journey and conversion experience.
Act as a commercial strategist during key campaigns and product launches, ensuring that the leads being created and provided to the sales team by the marketing department are of the type and quality required for performance success.
What Success Looks Like
This role will be measured by:
Consistently improving lead-to-sale conversion rates.
Building and developing a performance-based, high-performing sales team.
Driving sales team revenue growth in line with CHG’s ambitious global targets.
Optimising CRM systems and leveraging automation to scale tangible performance.
Demonstrating hands-on leadership through coaching and call participation that translates into real-world results.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in senior sales leadership (Head of Sales / Sales Manager) in education, SaaS, health or high-ticket environments.
Proven track record of coaching and developing teams to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Proven track record of strong and hands-on leadership within direct sales experience environments.
Expertise in CRM optimisation (HubSpot preferred), data-driven decision-making, and sales process improvement.
Experience in B2C and B2B sales, with a global or remote team focus.
You’re tech-savvy, with experience or interest in AI and automation tools to streamline sales processes, save time, and drive smarter, faster, and more accurate sales operations.
A proven ability to manage a remote-working team.
