Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to

Greeting and providing support to patients

Answering phone calls and dealing with patient queries

Booking appointments and updating patient information

Dealing and assisting with doctors and Nurses

Administration support and other ad hoc duties

Processing consultation payments and Medicare rebates

Triage emergencies when and if they occur.

Always maintain the confidentiality of patient personal and financial information

Excellent customer service, confidentiality, and high ethics standard are a must in this role.

This is a long-term position with excellent job security.

Hours of work would generally be 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Skills and experience

Strong communication skills with a friendly and confident personality

Well-presented and exceptional commitment to patient care/service. Previous experience will be well regarded.

Highly organized, attention to detail, and aptitude for multitasking

Fast learner and competent in using Microsoft Office

Experience in using Best Practice patient management system or equivalent is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
