Your new role

As a Carpenter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the company's high-quality roofing, cladding, and walling projects, with an immediate focus on first fix and cladding for multiple three-storey townhouses. Working closely with a skilled team of tradespeople, you will be responsible for executing precise carpentry and installation tasks that directly contribute to the durability, safety, and visual impact of each project. This position is integral to maintaining the organisation's reputation for craftsmanship and reliability, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard. Beyond hands-on construction, you will support the company's long-term growth by contributing to a collaborative, innovation-driven culture that values problem-solving, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on first fix and cladding
• Strong understanding of roofing, walling, and cladding installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
• White Card and relevant trade qualifications in carpentry or construction
• Working at Heights certification and confidence in multi-storey environments
• Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality finishes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to project challenges
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate and share knowledge
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain productivity under project deadlines
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of multi-storey builds
• Positive attitude aligned with a culture of craftsmanship, innovation, and client focus
