Formwork Carpenters – Long Term Bridge Projects (Adelaide SA)

Link-Force is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our growing team in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of major bridge construction projects, offering long-term work, excellent conditions, and relocation support for the right candidates.

The Role

As a Formwork Carpenter, you’ll be working across bridge infrastructure projects, performing:

Construction and erection of formwork systems

Reading and interpreting drawings

Working safely to site specifications and deadlines

Contributing to a productive, safety-focused worksite

About You

We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in:

Formwork carpentry (minimum 2–3 years)

High-rise or large-scale commercial/infrastructure projects (preferred)

Ability to work long shifts in a team environment

Strong focus on safety and quality

Current White Card (or ability to obtain one prior to start)

Requirements

Trade qualification in Carpentry or Formwork

High-risk tickets (EWP, Scaffolding, Dogging/Rigging) – highly regarded

Ability to start 15th September 2025
