Part-Time Retail Assistant – Launceston, Tasmania

Wednesday to Saturday (does not require every Saturday)

About the Role

At Noss & Co., every day is a little brighter. As our new Retail Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that makes our Launceston store shine! You’ll help customers discover our hand-painted ceramics, turning everyday shopping into a celebration.

Your Day-to-Day:

Spread the Noss love: Welcome every customer, help them find their next favourite mug, and make their visit memorable.

Keep it gorgeous: Style shelves, top up displays, and make sure our store always fabulous.

Process sales (with a smile), handle cash, and keep things running smoothly at the counter.

Stock star: Unpack new arrivals (the best part!), keep track of inventory, and help us stay organised behind the scenes.

Team spirit: Pitch in wherever needed, share a laugh, and help us hit our goals together.

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of retail or customer service magic (bonus points for homewares or fashion experience!)

Confident with cash and point-of-sale systems, accuracy is your superpower.

Chatty, friendly, and genuinely love helping people.

Attention to detail (you notice when a display needs a little zhuzh).

Flexible, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
