About the Role

As a Casual Chef, you’ll be an important part of the kitchen’s day-to-day operations, including:

Running your section confidently during service (grill, pans, larder, or prep).

Assisting with prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining consistency of dishes.

Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure service runs smoothly.

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation while upholding food safety standards.

Has previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

Can work well under pressure and communicate clearly with the team.

Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift.
