Anytime Fitness, a leading 24-hour health and fitness club, is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Club Manager to join our team in a long-term leadership role. YOUR ROLE

1. Sales & Front Desk

- Both online and face to face memberships sales, greeting members, handling enquiries and membership account adjustments.

2. Staff Coordination

- Oversee payroll, schedules, and PT performance.

3. Training & Development

- Train staff and uphold service standards.

4. Financial Oversight

- Set club financial goals monthly, revenue drivers, and upsell strategies.

5. Facility Management

- Ensure cleanliness, equipment safety, and security.

6. Compliance & Systems

- Maintain policy/legal standards; manage ClubWise.

7. Member Retention

- Connecting with members along their journey and providing club services to improve and enhance their experience. Also assisting in dispute resolution.

8. Administration

- Process memberships, product orders, payroll and miscellaneous office work.
