At Textured Concept Foods, we are proud to produce Australia’s largest range of textured modified products and meals designed for people living with dysphagia. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we create high-quality value-added meals and desserts for hospitals, aged care providers, and home users.

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting sales professional to join our team and help grow our customer base across Victoria, with occasional interstate travel. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supported by our General Manager and sales support team, working in an innovative and purpose-driven business that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Engage with potential customers to scope needs, product volumes, and pricing

Respond to new business enquiries and generate leads

Source and secure new business opportunities

Service and support existing customers to maintain strong relationships

Liaise with and build partnerships with food distributors

Conduct kitchen-based product demonstrations where required

Provide regular sales and performance reports

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management

Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve client issues effectively

Demonstrated commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Ability to interpret client needs and deliver tailored solutions

Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

Proficiency with commercial software applications and strong administration skills

The ability to work autonomously while contributing to team outcomes

A positive, proactive mindset with a drive to achieve results

Highly Desirable:

Experience in food preparation within a commercial kitchen

Exposure to allied health or aged care sectors

Experience conducting product demonstrations
