With a strong network of referral partners and a reputation for exceptional service, we’re expanding our footprint and looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and highly motivated Relationship Manager to play a key role in growing our referral network and driving new business in the equipment finance space. This is a field-based role, ideally suited to someone who thrives on building genuine, long-lasting relationships and prefers being on the road rather than behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring Equipment Suppliers

Conduct regular in-person visits, meetings, and presentations with existing and potential partners

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Actively identify new business referral opportunities

Collaborate closely with internal team members of the business

Provide market intelligence and feedback to help shape sales strategy and product offerings

About You

Proven experience in partner relationship management or business development – experience within financial services not essential

Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently

Strong existing network of industry contacts (preferred but not essential)

Comfortable spending the majority of your time visiting partners on site

Current driver’s license
