The role is suited for an energetic leader ready to command both strategy and action. As the Team Leader / State Manager, direct engagement with electrical contractors and wholesalers will be combined with leading a high-performing team, delivering successful lighting projects across a variety of sectors. Key responsibilities

Drive sales by strengthening relationships with electrical contractors and project stakeholders

Develop and manage strong connections within the electrical wholesale channel

Mentor, support and grow the team to achieve sales and customer service excellence

Take ownership of key accounts while consistently achieving personal and team KPIs

Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to long-term strategic direction

What we are looking for

Strong existing contacts across electrical contractors in Victoria

A proven track record of success in the electrical or lighting industry

In-depth understanding of the electrical wholesale channel

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team

Commercial acumen, with the drive to achieve both individual and business growth targets
