We're looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in West Footscray, VIC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The role involves monitoring market trends, preparing and presenting sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members to ensure continuous growth and success.

Qualifications

Sales strategy development and implementation skills

Experience in team leadership and management

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong client relationship management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports

Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in Children products industry is a plus

Salary: 80k-100k+ super and bonus on performance
