About the role ｜关于职位

作为销售与市场经理，您将带领销售与市场团队，制定并执行年度业绩目标，确保团队在客户咨询转化、市场活动执行、品牌传播与客户满意度等关键指标上达成预期。您需要建立高效的销售漏斗管理体系，推动线索转化，同时优化市场投放效果、提升团队执行效率。您将全面负责公司在教育与移民服务板块的品牌建设、客户拓展与合作伙伴关系维护。您将在设计和执行整合营销活动中发挥关键作用，触达潜在的国际学生、签证申请人及机构合作方，推动客户转化、品牌认知与信任建立

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead the sales and marketing team, setting and executing annual performance targets to ensure the team achieves key objectives across client consultation conversions, campaign execution, brand communication, and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to establish an efficient sales funnel management system to drive lead conversion, optimize marketing investment, and enhance team performance and execution. You will be responsible to oversee brand development, client acquisition, and partner engagement across our education and migration service lines. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing integrated campaigns that reach prospective international students, visa applicants, and institutional partners—while driving conversion, awareness, and trust.

Responsibilities and duties ｜ 岗位指责与工作内容

Responsibility 1 - Sales | 职责一 - 销售

● Lead the sales team to achieve performance targets across education and visa services. Monitor sales pipelines and conversion metrics. 带领销售团队，推进留学业务与移民服务的业绩目标. 监控销售模块数据与转化率指标，确保销售目标的实现。

● Contribute to the design and optimization of high-conversion consultation workflows to enhance customer experience and boost conversion rates.
参与高转化率咨询流程的设计与优化，提升客户体验与签约转化率

● Plans, organises, directs, controls, and coordinates the sales team and marketing activities within an organisation to ensure alignment with business goals.
规划、组织、指导、控制并协调公司内部的销售团队与市场营销活动，确保与企业战略目标一致。

● Oversees the creation and execution of sales strategies while setting performance targets to maximise revenue and build long-term customer loyalty.
监督销售策略的制定与执行，设定业绩目标以最大化收入并建立长期客户忠诚度。

Responsibility 2 - Marketing| 职责二 - 市场

● Leads the development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at broadening the reach of the organisation’s products and services.
领导制定和执行市场营销战略，扩大公司产品与服务的市场覆盖面。

● Manages initiatives that enhance brand image and encourage increased consumption through the creation and reinforcement of brand loyalty.
管理有助于提升品牌形象与增强客户黏性的各类推广活动，强化品牌忠诚度

● Directs strategies that build and protect the organisation’s image and reputation among customers, stakeholders, and the wider public. 主导品牌建设战略，提升并保护企业在客户、利益相关者及公众中的形象与声誉

● Manage website content updates, event landing pages, digital newsletters, and the production of marketing materials. 管理网站内容更新、活动页面、电子期刊与市场资料制作。

Responsibility 3 - Communication | 职责三 - 沟通

● Work closely with consultants,marketing team, and migration agents to ensure aligned messaging and client experience.
与顾问、市场团队及移民代理紧密合作，确保信息传递一致、客户体验顺畅。

● Assist in cross-departmental communications and internal marketing training when required. 协助跨部门沟通，并在内部组织市场营销相关培训

Work experience and skills

● At least 1 year of relevant industry experience 至少一年相关行业经验

● Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus 英语流利，普通话能力为加分项

● Ability to lead and enhance marketing strategies 具备领导和优化营销策略的能力

● Drive to improve brand and increase performance target 有推动品牌发展及提升业绩目标的执行力

● Strong digital literacy: CRMs, Google Ads, Analytics tools 熟练掌握数字工具与平: CRM系统、谷歌广告、数据分析工具等

● Proven experience in Business Development or Market Research 具备商务拓展或市场调研的实际经验

Core Requirements

Australian PR or Citizen preferred

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Offline Event Planning and Promotion
