Role Summary:

Due to the expansion and growth of the business, we require an Inventory / Data Entry Clerk with exceptional attention to detail who will be supporting our retailers with ongoing administration support from our Bunbury Store.

What We're Looking For

This position will suit an experienced office professional. It is structured to support our retailers and procurement buyers by providing a high level of accuracy and care to the finest detail of your inventory data entry.

We need someone on board who enjoys the accuracy and detail required of supporting a fast-paced fresh food store.

Qualifications and Experience:

High volume invoice processing experience (including a significant amount of data entry)

Minimum 1-2 years of high volume invoice processing experience is required

High level of accuracy

Intermediate level / working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel)

Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables is required

Exceptionally organised and calm under pressure

Experience with data entry in Retail Point of Sale environments

Working knowledge of retail (including warehousing / margins and stock control

Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience is required

Full working right within Australia
