Workfast is seeking a Technical Data Administrator for our client based in Hazlemere, WA.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy concrete operations team, supporting with data entry, invoicing, scheduling, and customer service. This role will see you working across multiple systems and liaising with both internal teams and external customers to keep operations running smoothly and on time.

What You Need

• Strong computer skills with experience in Excel (Qestlab, Command, QAD highly regarded)
• Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or data entry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Background in fast-paced industries (concrete, logistics, hospitality etc.) highly regarded
• Ability to multitask and remain agile under pressure
• Australian Driver's Licence & own car

What You'll Be Doing

• Data entry, invoicing, and supporting with concrete scheduling when required
• Collaborating with local and regional teams to coordinate resources
• Assisting with purchasing, payroll, and job costing tasks
• Maintaining strong communication with customers and subcontractors
• Supporting health, safety, environment, and quality processes
• Providing reliable administration support across daily operations
