About the role

As a Chef de Partie at Ode to Sirens in the vibrant coastal city of Fremantle, WA, you will play a key role in upholding the hotel's reputation for culinary excellence. What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards

Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work station

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff

What we're looking for

Formal culinary training or equivalent experience in a similar role

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality

Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment
