Award Classification: Restaurant Industry Award 2020 (MA000119) – Level 1 or above

Pay: $27-$35 per hour + superannuation (above award considered based on experience)

🎯 The Role

We're looking for a skilled and passionate barista to join our team full-time. You’ll be working in a supportive environment with a focus on quality, consistency, and great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality espresso and filter coffee with consistency

Engage warmly with regulars and new customers alike

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the barista and café areas

Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a barista in a fast-paced café

Confident operating professional espresso equipment and grinders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Latte art skills and filter brewing experience a plus

Full working rights in Australia (this is a full-time, permanent role)

💰 Pay & Conditions

Higher rates available depending on experience and skills

Weekend and public holiday penalties apply as per the Award
