We are seeking an experienced and motivated School Cleaning Manager to join our growing team at 2easy Cleaning & Gardening. This leadership role is responsible for leading a dedicated team across school sites and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 5 school cleaners, providing guidance, support, and accountability.

Communicate effectively with senior leadership within our company and directly with school representatives.

Ensure all work is performed in line with Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and industry standards.

Facilitate training and upskilling for your team to maintain consistent quality.

Conduct quality checks and drive continuous improvement.

Bring a positive, go-getter attitude and the ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment.

About You:

Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in cleaning, facilities management, or a related industry.

Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience required.

Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

Ability to problem-solve and adapt under pressure.

Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Working With Children Check must be obtained before starting.

Role Requirements:

Availability to work between 11:00am and 9:00pm, with flexibility to meet school schedules and operational needs.

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
