Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Property Management with assistance in leasing and admin
• Portfolio of 140 immaculate properties
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and compliance
• Managing rent reviews, arrears, and lease renewals
• Building long-term relationships with high-calibre landlords and tenants
• Utilising the best tech in the industry to stay efficient and organised

What You Bring

• Prior experience in Property Management
• A premium service approach and client-first mindset
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Polished communication and relationship-building abilities
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• A current driver’s licence
