The Role

You will provide end-to-end portfolio management with full support. Key responsibilities include:

Manage a portfolio of 120 properties

Leverage VA/admin support for routine tasks and admin

Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections

Handle rent arrears, repairs, maintenance, and lease/rent reviews

Process and approve applications

Resolve disputes and conflicts professionally

Attend QCAT/Tribunal as required

Liaise with tenants and landlords proactively and professionally

The Ideal Candidate

Current QLD Real Estate License

Minimum 1+ years’ Property Management experience

Proactive, detail-driven, and confident working autonomously

Strong communication and people-first attitude
