About the Role

  • Manage a portfolio of 53 schemes and approximately 500 lots
  • Work within a team of three for day-to-day support
  • Coordinate AGMs and EGMs using Strata Vote (automated agendas and minutes)
  • Engage with clients using Strata Connect to reduce phone inquiries
  • Contribute to the company’s ongoing efforts to modernise processes and systems
  • Software: Strata Master, Strata Connect (allows owners to come in and get info, reducing phone calls, strata Vote (helps out with AGM and EGMs)

The Candidate

  • Experience managing your own portfolio
  • Valid driver's license
  • Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
  • An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
  • Have excellent time management skills
