About the Role

You’ll be managing a well-established residential portfolio, delivering high-quality service to landlords and tenants while enjoying the support of a friendly, professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day property management tasks across your portfolio.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Conduct routine inspections, leasing, rent reviews, and lease renewals.

Ensure compliance with QLD legislation and company procedures.

About You

Prefer property management experience but not essential.

Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
