The position of Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relations, conducting property market research, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all documentation is accurately stored.

Requirements of the position:

Property Marketing: selling and listing residential properties, conducting open homes. Includes market research on trends, property values and competitive landscapes to be able to advise clients on pricing and investment decisions.

Client Relations: Building and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service through the buying and selling process.

Client Appointments: Attending property photoshoots, building inspections, pre-settlement inspections or any other client appointments. This can include pre and post appraisal follow ups.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts, offers and terms to ensure best outcome for vendors and purchases.

Networking: Engaging in community outreach and building a strong professional network to generate leads and referrals. Includes cold calling and door knocking/letter box drops.

Documentation: Manage and organise all paperwork trail and ensuring data is accurately entered in the database, meeting any compliance requirements.

To be successful you will:

Have minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience as a sales associate in the real estate sector.

Hold a current real estate license (Class 1 or 2).

Have your own vehicle and drivers license.

Demonstrate prospecting abilities.

Have advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Provide strong time management skills in meeting targets/deadlines.

Project a professional image in alignment to the industry standard.
