The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks.

Your day-to-day duties would include the following;

Prospecting for new contacts and leads

Manage buyers

Scheduling and assisting with open inspections

Organizing and helping with private inspections

Diary Management – Booking appointments

Liaising with the administration team

is well organised, efficient and able to juggle competing priorities

thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment and always willing to go the extra mile

has a strong work ethic and is flexible with working hours (this is not your typical 9 to 5 role!)

displays confidence and strong communication skills

has intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and Outlook skills. Experience with Agentbox is well regarded.

demonstrates initiative and is a supportive team player
