The Smart Blinds Co is a fast growing window furnishing (indoor and outdoor) retail company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality products. As such, we are looking for a highly motivated experienced in-home sales professional to join our team.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible to build and oversee a team of consultants who meet directly with homeowners to present our custom solutions. This is a leadership role for a hands-on sales expert who thrives on coaching others, closing deals, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Accountabilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of in-home sales representatives

Attend appointments and assist with high-level sales presentations

Set and monitor individual and team sales goals

Ensure top-tier service from first consultation to installation

Analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with operations and marketing to optimize sales strategy

About You

5+ years of in-home or consultative sales experience

1+ years in a leadership or sales management role

Strong communication, negotiation, and mentoring skills

Prior experience in the blinds/window furnishing industry will be advantageous

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
