The opportunity

Princes Laundry Services' is seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Service Manager to join their team in Gepps Cross, SA. This full-time role will play a key strategic part in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer service for the South Australian region.

Key responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key commercial clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts

Provide outstanding customer service, handling enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue streams and growth potential

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal client satisfaction

Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts

Actively participate in industry networking events and build a strong external profile

Manage and develop a team of sales and account management professionals

What we're looking for

Experience in a sales leadership role. Laundry experience not required as we will train and educate.

Minimum 1-2 years of sales leadership experience required

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing key customer accounts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and respond to market dynamics

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
