About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Manager to oversee our retail operations and service scheduling. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, building rosters, driving retail sales, and coordinating service jobs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and service excellence.

Oversee rosters and daily staffing requirements.

Manage all aspects of retail sales, stock control, and merchandising.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve customer enquiries.

Schedule and coordinate service jobs, liaising with customers and technicians.

Contribute to business growth through sales initiatives and promotions.

Skills & Experience

Previous managerial experience is compulsory (retail, service, or trade industry).

Industry experience within pools, outdoor lifestyle, or related retail/service industries is highly desirable.

Strong leadership and staff management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage day-to-day retail operations.

Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic office software.
