FULL TIME role being offered as a Social Media Marketing Lead, responsible for executing social media strategy for Sadaqa Welfare Fund’s (SWF), its subsidiaries and other businesses that may be directly or indirectly associated with SWF or its owners/director. This role will lead the high-level strategic alignment of the Sadaqa Welfare Fund brand, projects, initiatives and other businesses to achieve maximum impact.

The role requires a self-starter with a can-do attitude. The position requires proficiency in managing paid and organic campaign across various social media channels, including digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Jointly lead the execution of the strategic planning for Sadaqa’s and other businesses social media calendar while remaining flexible with content to adjust to competing priorities when necessary.

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.

• Jointly working with the marketing team, responsible for the digital marketing budget for Google and social media platforms for the above brands and businesses.

• Develop and own the monthly media plan and execute it while optimising it as often as required to deliver on the set KPIs and adjust strategies to optimise ROI.

• Setting up the platforms for paid and organic that includes always-on (AO), paid campaigns for all brands and businesses as required.

• Manage (SEM) Paid Search, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other Google applications required for the job while working closely with the marketing team.

• Documenting metrics/performance weekly and presenting detailed report monthly. Contributing to strategy for future performance improvement(s).

• Guide and provide feedback on the creative content, formats, and context suitable for social media channel

• Work alongside the marketing team and contribute to the overall communications agenda and strategy.

• Providing strategic direction on how SWF can improve its communications, specifically its social media presence.

• Contribute towards monthly brainstorming meetings and bring fresh ideas and solutions to enhance and optimise marketing media execution. Recommend improvements to increase performance.

• Help, guide and mentor team members and establish a learning, training, and sharing environment.

About you

The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in designing and delivering innovative Social Media Marketing campaigns promoting organisational products and services.

Certifications in Social Media Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Management are a plus.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing (Paid Media).

Experience in media planning and managing social media content is necessary.

Experience working with Social Media Marketing platforms (META, TikTok, LinkedIn, email marketing).

Experience with content creation, including copywriting, design coordination, and video production.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Creative thinker with a passion for Social Media innovation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Demonstrated experience in a similar industry is advantageous.
