We are seeking:
Contracts Administrator – suited to those with proven CA experience in commercial construction
Senior Contracts Administrator – suited to experienced professionals with 5–10 years’ post-graduate experience on large-scale projects
About the roles
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will manage head contracts, subcontracts and all commercial aspects to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. Our projects include large-scale mixed-use precincts, education facilities, community infrastructure and health builds.
What you’ll be doing
Prepare, review and negotiate head contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements
Manage progress claims, variations and payment schedules
Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and cost tracking
Lead or support procurement activities including tender reviews
Monitor project risks, opportunities and value engineering options
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
Support quality, WHS and environmental management processes
Provide clear and timely reporting to the project leadership team
What we’re looking for
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)
CA: Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
SCA: 5–10 years’ post-graduate experience managing complex contracts on large-scale projects
Solid understanding of contract law, BCA and WHS requirements
Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
Confident communicator and collaborative team player
