We are seeking a motivated and experienced Location/Office Administrator/Vehicle Cleaner/Branch Manager to lead our Melton Branch and be part of a supportive, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment.

About the Role

As the Branch/Office Manager, you will oversee daily operations, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You’ll manage staff, fleet levels, sales targets and operational efficiency – with the opportunity to grow your career in a global organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, mentor and motivate your team to achieve results

Manage fleet availability, rostering and branch operations

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service skills

Deliver outstanding customer service communications and resolve customer queries

Drive sales and promote Avis Budget products & services

Ensure business plans and branch targets are met

Oversee staff training, compliance and workplace safety

Handle administrative and office management tasks

Be flexible in working in and outside the office cleaning vehicles if required

About You

Strong leadership & people management skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Motivated by targets and able to work under pressure

Clear communicator with great presentation skills

Internal Avis/Budget experience highly preferred

Previous experience in car rental, automotive, transport, or sales management highly regarded

Current driver’s license is essential
