Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Sydney (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
Up to $180,000 base + super + bonus + equity

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a cross-functional team building high-scale digital platforms used by thousands every day. You’ll work across modern technologies, delivering features end-to-end in a fast-paced product environment.

What you’ll do

• Design, build and maintain applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and React
• Develop and deploy serverless architectures on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3)
• Deliver new features from concept through to production
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to ship impactful work quickly
• Drive performance, scalability and reliability improvements
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Mentor junior engineers and help raise the technical bar

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven depth in Node.js and React
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
• Background in cloud/serverless environments (AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of engineering principles, testing frameworks and Agile methods
• Strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills
• Awareness of AI-augmented development tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, LangChain) and how they can be applied to accelerate software delivery (desirable)
