Our client, a highly regarded national ;aw firm, is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate (3+ years PAE) with a solid background gained focusing on the back-end of construction and infrastructure matters. The right person will have strong experience acting on disputes around major infrastructure or development projects and be comfortable advising clients on everything from Security of Payment claims to interlocutory applications and ADR processes.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in the background. You’ll be trusted to run matters, engage directly with clients, and think strategically about how to get them the best outcomes. You’ll need to bring excellent drafting skills, a sharp eye for interpreting contracts and legislation, and the confidence to contribute to mediations and negotiations.

Culturally, you’ll fit if you enjoy collaborating, but also know how to manage your workload independently. You’ll be working alongside a close-knit team of construction specialists in Sydney, backed by the resources of a national practice that invests heavily in training and career development.
